Four upgraded base guardians, all over the native country but it being called 68 whiskeys, and being in the Mediterranean special forces occupation team focusing on the combat medics. So the stories are personal journeys and struggles in their day-to-day lives and missions. A big part of the show is that it is comedy.
The show is not about the protagonists trying to do a seal team by going out, getting the bad guys out, and killing the terrorists. Instead, it is about a medical unit. So they are saving lives and not killing people, they are not fighting that war that way, but the most interesting part about the show is the personal interactions between the people and the commune aspects of life in a military camp.
