The “players,” or competitors, move into the same complex of apartments. However, because they each reside in a different apartment, the competitors do not interact with one another personally throughout the competition.

They only communicate through the profiles they have created on a social media app that has been specifically created for them, allowing them to present themselves however they want. As a result, players may choose to use the catfishing strategy, in which they present themselves to the other players as someone wholly different from themselves.
