Billy Gardell played Bob in Bob Heart Abishola series, is an American actor, and is also a stand-up comedian. Gardell also played the role of Chicago polish On Mike & Molly. He is famous for his voice given as Santa in Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas as well as starring on Sullivan & Son in the recurring role of Lyle Winkler.
Folake Olowofoyeku as Abishola is a Nigerian actress and also well-known as a musician. Currently playing Abishola in the CBS sitcom Bob Hearts Abishola.

- Shola Adewusi as Oluwatoyin “Olu”. Abishola’s aunt and Tunde’s wife.
- Barry Shabaka as Babatunde “Tunde”. Abishola’s uncle and Olu’s husband.
- Travis Wolfe Jr. as Dele Babatunde. The teenage son of Abishola and her ex-husband Tayo. He wishes to be a dancer secretly.
- Vernee Watson-Johnson as Gloria Tyler. A co-worker of Abishola at Woodward Memorial Hospital.
- Gina Yashere as Kemi. Abishola’s best friend for 20 years.
- Bayo Akinfemi as Goodwin. An employee at MaxDot and cousin of Kofo.
- Anthony Okungbowa as Kofoworola “Kofo”. He is Goodwin’s Cousin.
- Saidah Arrika Ekulona as Ebunoluwa. Abishola’s mother and Olu’s sister.
