He had an ability named Beast Beneath the Moonlight that allowed him to turn into a massive white tiger with impeccable strength, speed and durability. Unfortunately, he had no control over his ability. When he joined the agency, his fellows helped him gain confidence and attain control over his powers.
- Osamu Dazai voiced by Kaiji Tang. Osamu was a member of the Armed Detective Agency and took care of Atsushi. He did various suicide attempts to attain a peaceful death and that too with a beautiful woman. He was extremely intelligent, and skilled and was known as a suicide maniac.
- Doppo Kunikida voiced by Patrick Seitz. Doppo was Osamu’s partner and had a habit of writing and planning everything before any action. He had a notebook named ‘Ideals’ which was also his ability. He could turn anything into a reality that was written in the notebook.
- Ranpo Edogawa voiced by Landon McDonald. Ranpo was the only one in the Armed Detective Agency without an ability. He was an incredible detective and was the oldest in the agency.
- Junichirō Tanizaki voiced by Spike Spencer. He was the same age as Atsushi and gathered the information for the Agency. He could project any kind of illusion with his ability.
- Kenji Miyazawa voiced by Lucien Dodge. A 14-year-old boy who worked as the primary data collector for the Agency as he was very popular among the residents of Yokohama.
- Akiko Yosano voiced by Erica Lindbeck. She is the medic for the Armed Detective Agency. She could heal any wound but only when the person is on the verge of death.
- Yukichi Fukuzawa voiced by Jamieson Price. He was the president of the Armed Detective Agency and could control the powers of all his subordinates.
- Kyōka Izumi voiced by Cherami Leigh. She was a young girl who was abducted by the port mafia and she became their youngest assassin. Her parents also used to be an assassin and possessed the ability of Demon Snow.
- Kirako Haruno voiced by Abby Trott. He was a clerk at the Armed Detective Agency.
- Naomi Tanizaki voiced by Erica Lindbeck. She was Junichirō’s younger sister and always teased her brother. Sometimes, she also helped at the Armed Detective Agency.
- Katai Tayama voiced by Steve Staley. He also worked for the agency and had the ability of a futon. He could control all kinds of electronics within his sight without touching them.
Other than the members of Armed Detective Agency, few of the characters from the previous seasons might also return to Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4. Without any official announcement, we cannot say about the retainment of those characters.
