Cop Craft is an anime television series based on a Japanese light novel series written by Shoji Gatoh and illustrated by Range Murata. There has been six-volume of this manga since November 2009. Shin Itagaki directed this anime adaptation under Millepensee Studio. The first season of Cop Craft was aired from July 2019 to September 2019. Since the release of the first season, the fans have been impatiently waiting for the release of Cop Craft Season 2.
The story of this show is set in a fictional world. Elves, Fairies and other such creatures entered Earth through a mysterious supernatural gate. Since then, they have been living in a mutual ecosystem with humans. However, after a drug bust in the city, everything goes upside down and the relationship between humans and the other creatures is hindered. A detective then pairs up with an attacker to find the mystery behind all the menace.

Cop Craft Season 2 Plot Speculation
The initial of Cop Craft took us back fifteen years. A mysterious hyperspace suddenly appeared over the Pacific Ocean. Through the gate, elves, fairies and other fantastic creatures entered the Earth through this gate from the other side.
It depicted the establishment of diplomatic relations between these creatures and humans on Earth. Then the story travelled back to the present. In the present day, Kariana Island and its capital San-Teresa served as the Earth’s only door to the magical world on the other side of the gate.
Over two million non-humans were living within the city with the existing human residents. The storyline of Cop Craft explored the ecosystem of humans and magical creatures. The hardships and convenience of living in such an environment were described purely through Cop Craft.
The co-existence of humans with magical creatures resulted in the prosperous growth of the island. However, some underworld crime organisations also developed in the town taking the advantage of it. The island also established The San-Teresa Metropolitan Police Department to maintain an equilibrium between the two communities.
Unfortunately, a drug outbreak on the island and things went horrible. Detective Sergeant Kei Matoba discovered that some fairies were being sold as a catalyst for the new drug and his partner for the last four years in the Metropolitan Police was being sent to Semanian attacker.
Matoba hated the attitude of the Semanian people but was forced to form an ally with Semanian Knight to find the lost fairy in the drug bust. To them, every fairy and the magical creature was an important citizen of Semanian.
On his adventurous quest, Matoba discovered various shaking truths about the ecosystem. The story ended with the investigation of Detective Kei Matoba. But it wasn’t enough for the audience, they wanted to dive deeper into the ecosystem of humans and magical creatures.
There is no brief or synopsis which could give us a sneak peek into the storyline of Cop Craft Season 2. However, we can still speculate based on the first season. The first season formed the basis of criminal organisations on the island. There are chances that Cop Craft Season 2 could explore more about those underworld organisations.
It could also witness the return of Detective Sergeant Kei Matoba working with Semanian Knight. Cop Craft Season 2 could also navigate us into the other side of the door.

- Tilarna Exedilica voiced by Felecia Angelle. She was Semanian Knight who came from the gate to rescue the abducted fairy. She was determined to punish those who kidnapped her.
- Cecil Epps voiced by Apphia Yu. She was the ex-girlfriend of Kei and still had feelings for him.
- Jack Roth voiced by Andy Mullins. He was the chief of the San-Teresa Metropolitan Police. He had a feeling of insecurity that the earth’s population of humans would decrease with the increase of magical creatures. He secretly formed the basis of actions which could spark a war between humans and the Semanian people.
