Dropout Idol Fruit Tart Season 2 is a Japanese Four-panel manga series by Sō Hamayumiba. It is a comedy series. An anime television series adaptation by Feel aired from October to December 2020. The series was written and directed by Keiichiro Kawaguchi.
The series’ first season was premiered on October 12, 2020, and the last episode was concluded on December 28, 2020. The series had a total of 12 episodes. The series was streamed on Tokyo MX. The story follows a group of girls who form an idol group to raise money and save their dormitory. The show holds a score of 6.5/10 on IMDb and 6.8/10 on the MyAnime list.
Dropout Idol Fruit Tart Season 2 Storyline
Dropout Idol Fruit Tart season 2 storyline follows Ino Sakura, a girl from Okayama Prefecture. She decides to move to Tokyo to fulfill her dream of becoming an Idol. She realizes that she wants to become an idol and to do so, she leaves Okayama Prefectures and moves to Tokyo. After moving to Tokyo, she shifts into a Mouse House dormitory. In Mouse House, she meets Roko Sekino. Roko Sekino is an old child actor.
She also meets Hayu Nukui and Nina Maehara. Hayu is and musician and Nina is a Model. All three are burnt out and are indifferent to Sakura’s ambition. Hoho Kajino is the manager, he informs that the Mouse House dormitory is threatened to be demolished due to school budget costs. After hearing this, Ino decides to make a new Idol group named Fruit Tart to save her home. She forms the group to raise money so that the dormitory housekeeping going.
In the corner of the entertainment world, in the dorm nicknamed Nezumisou, to survive the harsh battlefield known as the entertainment world and become better. The girls compete with each other to get better day by day, to become famous models, idols and singers.

Nina Maehara is a model and Roko’s childhood friend. Roko and Hayu have a complex about her large breasts.
Hemo Midori is a newcomer idol who transfers to Rat Productions and becomes Fruit Tart’s fifth member. She was not a Fruit Tart member, but later becomes a part of it.

Chiko Sekino is the leader of Cream Anmitsu. She is Roko’s younger sister. She is a fan of Fruit Tart’s online show. She appears to have a sister complex for Roko.
Nua Nakamachi is Rua’s twin sister.

Hoho Kajino is the manager of Fruit Tart. he is the one who informed Ino about the demolishing of the Mouse House Dormitory. She works with shady motives from time to time.
Dropout Idol Fruit Tart Season 1 Ending
Dropout Idol Fruit Tart Season 1 ended with the graduates accomplishing their plan of saving the Mouse House Dormitory. They manage to raise funds for the dormitory which helped them saving them their house. For the grand finale, Roko has an orgy all night with the Cream Anmitsus perverts as she calls them. Then Hemo becomes more and more open about what she does with Ino’s clothes, nothing can stop her.
The last episode was about the graduation ceremony of the girls. In dances her heart out as it was their last day together. Roko was worried about the fact that what impact it would put on the kids as her hand was on Nina’s chest. And with this, it ends the best show of the season, time to read the Fruit Tart manga.
