Kaze No Stigma is a shounen anime is adapted from the light novel Kaze No Stigma written by Takahiro Yamato. The anime is quite nice and enjoyable, with a fascinating plot, yet there is just one season with 24 episodes available right now. It comprises a traditional shounen anime plot aimed toward the male audience. It features well-designed combat and likable characters.
Given the time in which it was released, the animation quality is also quite good. Though some of the backstories are missing a few details here and there, the cliché of the overpowered MC saving the day all the time can be a little annoying for certain viewers. Midway through the series, the lack of creativity becomes unbearable, and I’m sure this is when many fans decide to abandon it.
Kaze No Stigma’s characters are quite standard, but what makes them excellent is that their personalities are incredibly pleasant, and each character fits in well with the general mood and tone of the show. The major characters’ individual growth, as well as the evolution of their relationships, are both very noteworthy.
If you enjoy action-romance anime, you should definitely give this one a shot. It’s possible that you’ll appreciate it just as much as some Kaze No Stigma fans did.
With these mixed reactions, Fans are waiting for a new installment of the series but the chances for a second season of the anime are pretty low due to the unfortunate demise of the creator of Yamato. But For Some Fans who are eagerly waiting for the Kaze No Stigma season renewal, we have got some news for you in the remaining article, so read it completely.
Kaze No Stigma Season 2 Release Date
Season 1 of Kaze on Stigma premiered on April 13, 2007, and lasted till September 21, 2007. There were 24 episodes in total. Soon after, many fans who genuinely appreciated the show began signing petitions in the hopes of persuading the makers to listen to them. However, everyone who has followed the world of anime for any length of time knows that this approach never works.
Kaze No Stigma is not bad at all but it offers something very similar to other shounen anime out there. The sole argument in favor of a second season appears to be that the manga has already covered a lot of material. There is a vast amount of source material that can be adapted. Even so, no other element appears to be in favor of the second season of Kaze No Stigma.
So, if you still want a Kaze No Stigma Season 2, all you can do now is hope that the creators will return to it at some point in the future. You can either start reading the manga now or wait until then. As there is no official statement regarding the production of the anime, we can hope that anime gets a green flag then fans can expect anime in 2023 if production starts.
