Never Have I Ever is an American series about an Indian American teenager in her high school days, Devi Vishwakumar. The series begins with Devi having one of the most traumatic years of her life, her dad passes away right in front of her eyes during her musical concert, and then loses the ability to walk. Fast forward after a miracle she starts walking again and can live a normal high school life again. She is all about being popular in high school and getting a hot boyfriend before she graduates but this becomes extremely difficult especially after she discovers what people think of her and her friends.
Although she was smart, she disliked her and referred to her as a dork. Initially, she likes Paxton, who was apparently the hottest guy in her school, they vibe well together but later along the lane he pushes Devi away after he got to know she had been telling people they are dating, but they figure that out as well, soon Paxton asks her out, further, Ben, her rival in class realizes he likes Devi, Devi was now confused between Paxton and Ben.
In season 2, Devi is shown dating both the boys together and eventually, they find out. Paxton forgives Devi but keeps the relationship secret, this was unacceptable for Devi so she walks away from it. Soon a new Indian girl, Aneesa arrives and Devi doubts Ben and she would start dating, being jealous she does things to stop the occurrence but it is inevitable. At the end of the season, Paxton and Devi come together and dance for the high school winter dance.
Never Have I Ever season 3 Release Date
As of now, there has not been any official announcement but there was a tweet posted by Mindy Kaling stating that season 3 will be released this summer as well as confirmed by Netflix.

The protagonist of Never Have I Ever is Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, she is a Tamil Canadian actress, who made her debut in Never Have I Ever, she plays the role of Devi Vishwakumar. Darren Barnet is an American actor who previously starred in American Pie Presents: Girls Rules and Love Hard, he plays the role of Paxton Hall Yoshida in the show. Jaren Lewison, an American actor who previously starred in Barney’s Worldwide Adventure and Away and Back, plays the role of Ben Gross in the show.
Poorna Jagannathan, is an American actress and producer best known for her role as Safar Khan in The Night Of, she has also starred in Bollywood movies Delhi Belly and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, she plays the role of Nalini Vishwakumar in the series. Ramona Young is an American actress best known for her roles in Man Seeking Woman, Santa Clarita Diet, and The Real O’Neals, she plays the role of Eleanor Wong.
The other cast includes Richa Moorjani as Kamala, Lee Rodriguez as Fabiola Torres, Megan Suri as Aneesa Qureshi, Lily D. Moore as Rebecca, and Benjamin Norris as Trent.
Never Have I Ever Season 3 Plot
The series has its own uniqueness with John McEnroe narrating the entire story of Devi and her life struggles. At the end of season 2, Paxton and Devi were shown together while Ben sees them dancing and says “It’s always been him”, Eleanor, Devi’s friend tells him that Devi wanted to choose her back when she was confused but she and Fabiola are convinced her to choose Paxton and how she was extremely jealous of him and Aneesa before they started dating.
In season 3, it is expected that Paxton and Devi will have their steaming relationship finally without any barriers or issues but Ben may have other plans with Aneesa. There is no proper information given about the new season but the plot of the season includes Ben again having second thoughts about Devi and we never know, maybe a new character shows up.
