The timeline of Pacific Rim The Black anime is set in the same universe as the movie franchise Pacific Rim. It covered the storyline after the events of Pacific Rim: The Uprising.

A race of monsters called Kaju from the Pacific Rim initiate havoc and chaos in the continent of Australia. It depicted the devastating destruction caused by the monsters all over Australia. The scientists and researchers build gigantic armed robots, Jaegers to fight back the race of monsters but their attempts failed. Their attempts lead to a handful of survivors on the continent.

At firstly, the show tried to illustrate the catastrophe caused in Australia but it also focused on the story of two teenage siblings named Hayley Travis and Taylor Travis. These two siblings were left behind by their parents who went out to fight the Kajus. They were a part of the government’s program of defeating the race of monsters using Jaegers. Unfortunately, they never returned and their children were left to be an orphan.

The show then transited its story to five years ahead in the future. We saw grown-up Hayley and Taylor who were mature enough to embark on the quest to find their parents.

Hayley was working around her backyard when she came across a combat fighting machine which belonged to the armed robots, Jaegers. The robot was referred to as The Atlas Destroyer. At first, they believed of it as a threat but their curious minds developed a crazy idea that nobody could ever think of.

Both of them started working on The Atlas Destroyer and were determined to make it work. After several attempts, they finally turned the Jaeger on. Hayley and Taylor decided to embark on a journey to find their parents who never came back from the combat. They decided to invade the battlefield full of Kajus.

Earlier they thought of Kajus as their only enemy but they later discovered that the other survivors were also resistant to them. They wanted to seize the Atlas Destroyer for themselves. The two siblings paved their way into the battlefield struggling with the Kajus and other survivors and activated their quest to search for their parents.

As of now, there is no brief or synopsis which could lead us into the storyline of Pacific Rim The Black Season 3. We cannot predict an exact plot without a precise detail as it would be irrational.

However, we can still speculate based on the previous seasons of this action-packed adventure drama. Pacific Rim The Black Season 3 could explore solely the lives of Taylor and Hayley. A new race of monsters could also be illustrated in Pacific Rim The Black Season 3.
