Lil Slugger
Lil’ Slugger is the main antagonist of the anime Paranoia Agent. He is depicted as a dark persona, a grinning, baseball cap-wearing juvenile assailant who travels on golden inline skates and assaults people with a gold-colored metal baseball bat that is curiously bent. As a result, he is also the cause of a social dilemma within Musashino, Tokyo.
Tsukiko Sagi
Tsukiko Sagi is the main character of the series who is known to be Shounen Bat’s first victim and is also suspected to be his/her creator. She is a thin woman with black hair who has a gloomy appearance and always dresses up in dull clothing. She only spends time with other people when it is necessary and otherwise likes to be alone. She treasures her talent for creating characters and proves to be good at what she does. Many of her colleagues seem to be envious of her creativity and talent.
Keiichi Ikari
Keiichi Ikar is a senior detective who is in charge of the golden bat case along with Mitsuhiro Maniwa. He is an old-fashioned guy who prefers to take a simple approach to pretty much everything that he does. He is uptight and also gets frustrated easily. When Mitsuhiro tries to be more understanding of the victims of the case, Keiichi gets impatient and hates working with these people. He usually has a cigarette hanging down his mouth.

Paranoia Agent Season 2 Plot
Tsukiko Sagi, a shy character designer who created the immensely popular pink dog Maromi, finds herself under pressure to repeat her success. As she walks home one night, she is attacked by an elementary school boy on inline skates. Two police detectives, Keiichi Ikari and Mitsuhiro Maniwa, are assigned to the case. They suspect that Tsukiko is lying about the attack until they receive word of a second victim.
Soon the attacker, dubbed Lil’ Slugger (Shōnen Batto in Japanese, meaning “Bat Boy”), is blamed for a series of street assaults in Tokyo. None of the victims can recall the boy’s face and only three distinct details are left in their memories: golden inline skates, a baseball cap, and the weapon: a bent golden baseball bat. Ikari and Maniwa set out to track down the perpetrator and put an end to his crimes.
