Queen Sugar Season 7 Storyline

The series is based on a novel that actually tells the story of three siblings in rural Louisiana, who must deal with the aftermath of their father’s sudden death in a stroke and decide the fate of his 800-acre sugarcane farm. The three siblings: Nova Bordelon, a formidable journalist and the healer of New Orleans, Charley Bordelon, who is a working wife and mother in Los Angeles and their younger brother Ralph Angel Bordelon, who is struggling between his jobless life and his son whom he raises single-handedly.

As their father recently dies, Charley gives up her upscale Los Angeles lifestyle to return home to Louisiana and reunite with her siblings.
