The Resident Season 6 Plot
The doctors came together to find solutions as Padma’s pregnancy took a dangerous turn and turn to Ian to perform miracles. On the other hand, Conrad, who was suffering from his love problem made a decision regarding his love life. Devon leads his own clinical trials at Chastain Park Memorial Hospital. Later, a high-stakes election caused violence at the polls. A bulk of victims reached Chastain hospital for their treatments. Dr. Cornar helped to lead an aggressive patient with whom he found some common ground.
When a gunshot patient comes into the emergency with his injury, the doctors face many problems. As the injury is proven catastrophic throughout the body, many doctors had to jump to save the patient. While Padma prepares for her cesarean section, Ian is faced with a mandatory drug test. While facing his own personal problems, Ian faces performing surgery on a Jane Doe neonatal intensive care unit patient. As Conrad’s daughter, Gigi is anxious, Conrad decides to take a leave of one day to spend time with her daughter. Devon covers Conrad’s shift as per Conrad’s request.
After noticing a professor of a college who comes into the emergency room, Conrad realizes it’s a former patient of his from when he used to be an intern. On the other side, Devon ends up admitting a patient who claims to know the answer to eternal life. As the patient always comes first for a doctor, on the day of Kit and Bell’s wedding, Bell and Conrad get pulled away to tend to the ill daughter of a major hospital donor’s kid. To refresh Gigi and Sammie’s minds, Billie takes them shopping.
Conrad and Raptor are called to examine a death row inmate patient as a prison doctor is suspicious of the patient lying about his symptoms. Later, Conrad takes action when a teenage boy is taken into Chastain for falling unconscious from a suspicious pill.
